Introduction
Vala Associates (Ltd.) is a
multi-disciplinary company that was founded in May 2007 to provide high quality
services in Water Resources Engineering and allied services. We pride ourselves
in our proven capacity to provide a wide spectrum of advisory services ranging
from highly technical studies and designs to water policy reviews and
recommendations. Vala Associates (Ltd.) has three divisions, namely:
(a) Water Resources Consulting;
(b) Commercial agronomy and
(c) Construction Transportation
Mission and Objectives of Vala Associates (Ltd)
Our mission is to contribute to the sustainable development of Uganda, East
Africa and Africa by way of provision of top-notch advisory services in the
water sector and secondly by participating in active commercial agronomy –
thereby increasing our food security.
The objectives of Vala Associates
(Ltd.) that relate to its water resources consulting arm include the
following:
- Carry out the business of professional Civil Engineering consulting in the water sector.
- Be a market leader in offering technical advisory services and capacity building for sustainable development in the subregion and region in all aspects related to water policy
- Engage and assist national, subregional and regional processes geared at
attaining Africa 2020 Water Vision, WSSD and MDG water
goals.
